Indian Railways' forgotten frontier : tribals travel on rooftops

The Indian Railways has made great strides in recent years and is ambitious in its future plans; it is making freight corridors and studying high speed rails. It also has ambitious plans for the north eastern states as well as J & K. However it seems to have forgotten the backward tribal majority hinterlands in states such as Orissa and Chhatisgarh. Yet, it gets huge revenues from transporting ores from these areas. This blog aims to advocate to correct this neglect.
